Top Tip That can save you money.
Ultimate tip on what should you be doing with your phones charging , battery and charger.

There's something wrong with the phone and it's not charging fast enough so check what iam going to tell you here is very important. I will tell you how to improve your charging speed so that way you don't have to wait hours for your phone to reach a hundred percent.
The first thing you should never do is, use a third-party charger unless you are sure that the power adapter is charging at the right rate as your original charger that came with your phone. For example I bought a reliable cable from Amazon since my original charger broke. So just to make sure it's not a bad cable we are going to need to measure the amperes your charger is delivering to your Android smartphone device or your tablet, so in order to do this you need to download "AMPERE" (Application) from the Google Play Store it's free and no root needed and all its going to do is measure the charging and discharging current of your battery. Following are the steps  :-

NOTE:

Now before we measure the charging rate we have to look at the label on your adapter somewhere on your USB to wall outlet adapter there will be information on the adapter specifications so what you're looking for is a text that says output. for example the output is 2 amps which is 2000 milliamps if Quick Charge is enabled and if Quick Charge is not enabled which we can't really control that the charge will end up being 1.5 amp which is 1500 milliamps so that is what my phone should be charging at.

Steps:

So first open the app and it will measure your discharging rate automatically.                                   For example my device was discharging between a rate of -240 to -410 which is not too bad. You should know that your numbers could be different and these numbers tend to change a lot insize.
Now plug your phone to your charging cable and let it measure your charging current if it doesn't work and all you see is a zero just go into the settings in the application then basic settings and you will need to enable the old measurement method and that should fix your problem. So in my case  I have the for example LG G3 and it supports Quick Charge 2.0 I should be seeing somewhere between 1500 milliamps and 2000 milliamps if I have a good cable or a good battery keep in mind that your phone is still sort of sucking up battery even when you're charging because of CPU is running and your display is on and that will increase your discharge so in this case  LGG3 is sucking up 270 milliamps that will be subtracted from the actual charging current being sent to my device obviously the measurement turns out to be a lower charge then what your adaptor output says then you would either have a bad cable or a bad adapter or a bad battery.

Charge Device Faster:

So to charge your device faster there's no app to increase your charging rate and if you find one that says so, i recommend staying away from that or you may end up fring up your battery so instead let's play it safe and just follow these steps.
First Tip if you have a bad battery or charging adapter just buy a new one and if your battery is internal, take it to a local repair shop and they will replace it for you trust me it's worth it and personal experience says I've done that because I've replaced the internal battery on my phone because it was having problems and now the battery is just fine. Next tip don't use your phone while it's charging that will make the process take longer because the CPU begins to increase the pixels are flashing and changing colors and everything is running in the background so just leave it alone for an hour so the last tip is to charge your phone using a wall outlet not a computer or a USB port unless it's a battery pack because those products are specifically made to charge your device plus computer ports usually charge at a rate of 0.5 amps so it's going to take more time compared to a one or two amp power adaptor.
So thats basically you can improve and charge device faster.
